Bethesda is a bible believing church serving the greater Pottstown, North Coventry and St. Peter's area of southeastern Pennsylvania. We are located atop the gently rolling hills along Harmonyville Road. The congregation has been a continuous beacon for the cause of Christ for over 20 years in it's present location, and for almost 200 years as a chartered Baptist church in the region.
Our morning and evening services provide a Christ-exalting atmosphere. God-honoring congregational singing and special music lift the hearts of those in attendance to glorify the Lord. The preaching of God’s Word is the focal point of every service at Bethesda as lives are strengthened to give God the preeminence.
to the area as a church, is to further the cause of Christ as commanded by Him, in what has become known as the "Great Commission" found in Matthew 28:19,20:
"Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost. Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world."
